Ces points sont en<br>g\u00e9n\u00e9ral appel\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0points d&rsquo;interpolation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce probl\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solu depuis plus de 200 ans, principalement par Joseph-Louis Lagrange, puis par Charles Hermite qui rajoute comme contrainte le respect de la pente au point .<br>Si leurs solutions ont le m\u00e9rite d&rsquo;\u00eatre globales, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire de trouver un polyn\u00f4me unique passant par les points, celles-ci souffrent plusieurs d\u00e9fauts majeurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de Runge\u00a0\u00bb : Lorsque le nombre de points augmente ou qu\u2019ils sont mal r\u00e9partis (ex. \u00e9quidistants), le polyn\u00f4me peut osciller fortement. Cela donne une mauvaise approximation entre les points, surtout aux bords<br>de l\u2019intervalle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter un nouveau point impose de recalculer tout le polyn\u00f4me depuis z\u00e9ro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les calculs sont assez couteux quand augmente, puisque le degr\u00e9 du polyn\u00f4me augmente avec le nombre de<br>points \u00e0 interpoler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les ann\u00e9es 1950, les m\u00e9thodes dites \u00ab\u00a0splines\u00a0\u00bb permettent de corriger la plupart de ces d\u00e9fauts en rempla\u00e7ant le polyn\u00f4me global par une suite de petits polyn\u00f4mes d\u00e9finis localement entre deux n\u0153uds, raccord\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re continue.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 1962, l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur Pierre B\u00e9zier, chez Renault, introduit une m\u00e9thode de construction de courbes bas\u00e9e sur des combinaisons barycentriques de points de contr\u00f4le. Ces courbes de B\u00e9zier, devenues incontournables en mod\u00e9lisation<br>et design, offrent un contr\u00f4le intuitif et une stabilit\u00e9 remarquable sous les transformations g\u00e9om\u00e9triques.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cet article, nous allons vous proposer une nouvelle approche de l&rsquo;interpolation.
